Saree Brunch Club is a collective of South Asian friends attempting to revive the casual everyday saree. Co-founded with my friend Purna, we've spent the last few summers gathering at Fort Greene Park in Brooklyn with a close-knit group of friends and a rapidly growing community of internet strangers-turned-friends. As the club evolves, it remains a beautiful space celebrating saree drapes, diverse South Asian textiles, and the joy of community.
